He has coordinated estimates, synchronized repairs between multiple contracting teams, obtained material samples, even advised me on design choices. I’ve never been disappointed in his recommendations on paint colors, flooring upgrades, or repair teams. On several occasions I sought my own estimates only to end up choosing Daniel’s original recommendation. He knows the area and knows how to get things done. It’s that simple.

While our family can’t control where the military sends us, we always know our South Carolina homestead is in good hands. Daniel and the entire Ray Covington team have earned my recommendation a dozen times over.

They have been managing my properties for years. They do a great job! They are responsive to any questions I have. If there was ever anything questionable in the 10 years I have been with them it was corrected immediately.
